A. Customer information on the conclusion of distance contracts

The following information serves to fulfill our legal obligation to provide information for distance contracts and electronic commerce.

You will receive all information in text form at the latest upon delivery of the goods. You can also print out this information or save it on your hard drive.

2. Conclusion of contract

(1) The customer can select products from the range and collect them in a so-called shopping cart via the button "Add to cart". By clicking on the button "Order subject to payment" you make a binding offer to us to purchase the goods in the shopping cart. Before sending the order, the customer can change and view the data at any time. The seller then sends the customer an automatic order confirmation by e-mail, in which the order is listed and which can be printed out using the "Print" function. The purchase contract is concluded with the sending of a separate e-mail with an order confirmation or with the delivery of the goods or when the customer is requested to make payment by the seller after placing his order, whereby in the case of the occurrence of several alternatives, the one that is earlier in time is decisive for the conclusion of the contract. The Seller is entitled to accept the contractual offer contained in the order within 2 working days.

(2) The text of the contract shall be stored by the Seller and sent to the Customer together with the legally effective General Terms and Conditions by e-mail after conclusion of the contract.

3. Delivery and delivery reservation

(1) The delivery period for deliveries within Germany is indicated on the respective offer page. The start of the delivery period is determined (depending on the selected payment method) according to paragraphs 2 to 4.

(2) If payment is made by PayPal, ShopPay, ApplePay, Google Pay or credit card, the delivery period begins one day after the payment instruction has been made. For all other payment methods, the period begins one day after the order.

(3) For deliveries outside Germany, the delivery periods specified in the overview "Shipping and Payment" shall apply:

(4) If the start or end of the deadline falls on a Saturday, Sunday or a public holiday, the start or end of the deadline shall be postponed to the following working day.

(5) If digital products (Section 327 (1) of the German Civil Code) have to be provided, the aforementioned information on delivery shall apply accordingly to the period until provision.

(6) Delivery shall be made exclusively to the countries specified in the overview "Shipping and Payment" and subject to the restrictions or types of delivery specified in the overview "Shipping and Payment".

(7) The delivery is subject to proper self-delivery.

4. Purchase price and shipping costs

(1) The prices stated are total prices in euros and include the statutory value added tax. Temporary special offers or discounts will be shown as such in the context of the presentation of the individual goods on our website.

(2) We invoice our delivery and shipping costs in addition to the stated total prices of the respective goods. The respective shipping costs can be found in the overview "Shipping and Payment".

(3) Otherwise, the customer will not incur any additional costs when ordering by using the means of distance communication.

The customer can make the payment by credit card, Klarna or PayPal or in case of a so-called EXPRESS checkout via PayPal, ShopPay, ApplePay or GooglePay.

a) Right of withdrawal for consumers for distance contracts/contracts concluded in the online shop

Consumers - i.e. any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that can predominantly be attributed neither to his commercial nor to his independent professional activity - may revoke their contractual declaration in the case of contracts in which the consumer undertakes to pay a price under the following conditions:

You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken or has taken possession of the last goods.

In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Swiss Detox UG, Lohnerhofstr. 2, D - 78467 Konstanz, Phone: +49 (0)7531 89262778 , E-mail: info@swissdetox.com) by means of a clear declaration (e.g. a letter, fax or e-mail sent by post) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You can

use the enclosed sample cancellation form, which is not mandatory.

In order to comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.

Consequences of revocation

If you revoke this contract, we shall reimburse you all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from the fact that you have chosen a type of delivery other than the most favorable standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than within fourteen days from the day on which we received the notification of your revocation of this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees because of this repayment.

We may refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any case no later than within fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of the revocation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the period of fourteen days.

You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

You will only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary for testing the condition, properties and functioning of the goods.

Premature expiration of the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal expires prematurely for contracts for the delivery of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery.

7. Terms of warranty

Dem Kunden steht ein gesetzliches Gewährleistungsrecht zu, welches nach den §§ 8, 9 der AGB [LINK] modifiziert wird. Für digitale Produkte (§ 327 Abs. 1 und Abs. 5 BGB) und Waren mit digitalen Elementen (§ 327a Abs. 3 BGB) steht dem Verbraucher das gesetzliche Gewährleistungsrecht ohne die Modifikation des § 8 aber mit der Modifikation des § 9 der AGB zu.

The customer is entitled to a statutory warranty right, which is modified according to §§ 8, 9 of the GTC [LINK]. For digital products (§ 327 para. 1 and para. 5 BGB) and goods with digital elements (§ 327a para. 3 BGB), the consumer is entitled to the statutory warranty right without the modification of § 8 but with the modification of § 9 of the GTC.

By pressing the button "PayPal" (Express)" or "G-Pay" you will get to a page where you can log in to your PayPal account or Google account.

On the following page you will see the goods you have selected and the delivery address you have saved. Please still select the shipping method here by clicking on it. Then click on the "Continue" button.

This will take you back to our online store.

• Order process without EXPRESS checkout

Now enter your address data, data for communication with you and an e-mail address. To continue the order, press the button "Continue to shipping".

After that you will get to a page where you can set the shipping options. Click the "Proceed to payment" button to continue the order.

You will be taken to a new page. On this page you can specify payment method.

You can see all the details again on this page.

Please check all the information carefully. You can edit the data entered during the ordering process by using the "Back" function of your internet browser.

If all the information is correct, click on "Order for payment" to complete the entire ordering process.

We will confirm receipt of your order immediately by e-mail.

2. Storage of the contract text and access for the customer

We store your order data and send them to you in the access confirmation by e-mail. You will receive our GTC by e-mail at the latest after conclusion of the contract.

3. Input error

You can correct your entries at any time during the ordering process by using the "Back" button in your browser, which is marked with an arrow pointing to the left, and then make the corresponding change. You can change the desired number of items by changing the number in the "Quantity" field in the shopping cart. Furthermore, you can edit the data entered during the ordering process using the "Back" function of your Internet browser.

By closing the Internet browser, you can cancel the entire ordering process at any time.

4. Contract language

You have the possibility to conclude contracts with us in english language.
